The ground rules

Terms of Use

The rules for my books and my membership, answered one question at a time.

Megan Hayes

Every good range session has a few ground rules. Here are mine, in plain English. If one isn't clear, ask me.

Before you tee up

Who am I buying from?

From Megan Hayes Golf. That's the name the site, the books and the membership run under.

Reach me at [email protected].

What exactly do I get when I buy a book?

Digital books in PDF, one at a time or as a 3-book collection. Nothing is shipped.

Hotmart emails you the link. You can always open your books at consumer.hotmart.com with the email you used to buy.

The licence is personal: read them and print them for yourself. Please don't share, resell, upload or copy them for others.

Who takes my payment, and how can I pay?

Hotmart, a payment platform. It runs the secure checkout and is the seller of record there.

You can pay by card, PayPal or Apple Pay. The price is the one shown at checkout. Hotmart has its own terms and privacy policy.

How does the membership work, and how do I stop it?

You get letters by email: a weekly drill on one page, and more. You can reply to any letter with a question.

It starts with 7 days free. After that it's charged every month until you cancel.

Cancel any time at consumer.hotmart.com. Cancelling doesn't refund months already paid.

Is it safe for me to try these drills?

Golf is physical activity. Check with your doctor before you start any new exercise, and stop if anything hurts.

What I teach is general golf instruction, not medical advice.

Will I definitely gain yards?

I can't promise that. Results vary from golfer to golfer, so there's no promise of yards or scores.

Are the pictures of you on this site real photos?

Every picture of me on this site is an illustration.

Can I share your books or letters with my golf buddies?

Please don't. All the books, letters, text and pictures belong to Megan Hayes Golf, for your personal use only.

Not affiliated with or endorsed by the PGA TOUR.

What if something goes wrong?

As far as the law allows, I'm not responsible for indirect losses. My total responsibility is limited to what you paid.

Nothing in these terms takes away the rights you have as a consumer by law.

Can these terms change?

They can. If they do, I update this page and its “Last updated” date.

Who do I ask if something here isn't clear?

Me. Send your question to [email protected].
